  • You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • You may not attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security, including introducing malware, scraping, or unauthorized access attempts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Unless otherwise required by law, risk of loss and title pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier (or as otherwise stated in your local consumer laws). If you have delivery issues, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

8. Proper Use & Safety Disclaimer (Equine Products)

Our products may involve light, heat, electrical components, and/or straps/attachments. You agree to:

  • follow all instructions, warnings, and safety guidelines included with the product,

  • use the product only as intended,

  • supervise use around animals to prevent chewing, entanglement, or misuse,

  • discontinue use if your horse shows discomfort, unusual reactions, or skin irritation, and consult a veterinarian.

You understand and agree:

  • Results vary by horse, condition, usage protocol, and other variables.

  • Our products are not guaranteed to cure or treat any specific condition.

  • The Services do not replace professional veterinary care.

9. User Accounts (If Applicable)

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You are responsible for activities under your account.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Cards (If Applicable)

Promotions may have additional terms (such as expiration dates, minimum spend, exclusions, or one-time use). We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time to the extent permitted by law.

We may remove User Content at our discretion.

These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and HorseRedLight regarding your use of the Services, and supersede prior agreements or understandings.
