Warranty&Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing from HorseRedLight. This policy explains our returns and limited warranty terms.

1) Returns (Change of Mind / Non-Defective Items)

Return Window

• We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused (or minimally handled for inspection)
• In original packaging, with all included accessories/manuals
• Must include proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by law, we do not accept returns for:
• Final sale / clearance items (if marked)
• Gift cards (if applicable)
• Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper operation

How to Start a Return

Email us at horseredlight@gmai.com with:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the product and packaging (recommended)

We may issue a Return Authorization (RA/RMA). Please do not ship items back without authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

• For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Original shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Restocking Fee (If Applicable)

• A restocking fee of 15% may apply for non-defective returns.

Refund Timing

• After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

2) Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items (Delivery Issues)

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at horseredlight@gmai.com
• Include your order number and clear photos of the shipping label, outer box, and the issue

We will work with you on a replacement, parts shipment, or other resolution as appropriate.

3) Warranty (Limited Warranty)

Warranty Coverage

HorseRedLight products are covered by a limited warranty for 12 months from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

What We Will Do

If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, we may (at our discretion):
• Repair the product, or
• Replace the product (or part), or
• Provide a refund (partial or full) depending on the case

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect function
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, improper storage, or improper installation
• Water/liquid damage, fire, or other external causes
• Use with incorrect power supply/voltage or non-approved accessories
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering
• Lost or stolen items

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email horseredlight@gmai.com with:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos/videos showing the problem
• Serial number (if your device has one)

We may require troubleshooting steps and/or ask you to return the unit for inspection.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

• If the issue is confirmed as a warranty-covered defect, we will cover return shipping.
• If the issue is not covered (e.g., misuse), you may be responsible for shipping and service costs.

4) Exchanges

• We offer exchanges only for defective items or shipping mistakes.
• For change-of-mind exchanges, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

5) Important Notes

• This policy applies only to purchases made through HorseRedLight official channels.
• HorseRedLight products are intended for animal wellness/support use. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary care.
